העבודה כוללת איתור תקלות וניטור שרתים, עבודה עם הטכנולוגיות הכי חמות בשוק, כגון: שירותי ענן, בסיסי נתונים, סביבות WEB, שרתי WIN & LINUX.
מסלול הכולל הכשרה תוך כדי עבודה מעשית.
– ניסיון בהפעלה/ ניטור או תמיכה טכנית – יתרון
– ניסיון כנציג/ת תמיכה טכנית לאינטרנט – יתרון
– 1-2 שנות ניסיון עם שרתי Windows/ LINUX – יתרון
– היכרות בסיסית עם רשתות וציוד תקשורת – יתרון
– נכונות לעבודה במשמרות כולל סופ”שים (גמישות בסידור משמרות).
